Made with egg yolks instead of whole eggs and refined with rice vinegar, it is an indispensable ingredient for sushi, sandwiches, salads or Japanese specialties such as okonomiyaki.

Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes

Preparation:

  1. Peel, boil and lightly mash the potatoes.
  2. Cut carrot and cucumber into thin slices.
  3. Mix all ingredients with KEWPIE mayonnaise.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

🍞 Okonomiyaki with KEWPIE mayonnaise and bonito flakes

Ingredients:

  • 150g flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g white cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp KEWPIE mayonnaise
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
  • Bonito flakes & nori (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, water and egg into a dough.
  2. Stir in the white cabbage.
  3. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
