🍗 Teriyaki chicken with steamed rice
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate with SEMPIO soy sauce, a little honey, garlic and ginger (at least 30 minutes).
- Fry in a pan, deglaze with the remaining marinade and allow to caramelize slightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions and serve with steamed rice.
🥒 Asian cucumber salad with sesame & soy sauce
Preparation:
- Slice the cucumber into thin slices and season lightly with salt. Let it steep briefly and then drain.
- Dress with 1 teaspoon SEMPIO soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, a little sugar and chili flakes.
