🍜 Yang Chun noodles in clear broth

Preparation:

  1. Heat 500 ml of broth (e.g. chicken or vegetable broth).
  2. Add spring onions, bok choy and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook SUNWAVE noodles separately for 3-4 minutes, drain and add to the broth.
  4. Season with sesame oil and soy sauce.

🥦 Fried noodles with vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Pre-cook pasta as directed and drain.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the garlic, carrot strips, peppers and snow peas.
  3. Add the noodles, season with soy sauce, a little sugar and pepper and stir-fry.
  4. Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds.
