Preparation:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the tofu and vegetables (e.g. peppers, zucchini, carrots).
- Add 2 tablespoons of red curry paste and fry briefly.
- Add 400 ml AMPAWA coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with lime juice and soy sauce. Serve with coriander.

Preparation:
