Ingredients:

  • 300g AYUKO Udon
  • 800 ml dashi broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • Spring onions, cut into rings
  • Tofu or tempura as a topping

Preparation:

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat the dashi broth and season with soy sauce and mirin.
  3. Place the cooked udon in a bowl and pour the hot broth over them.
  4. Serve with spring onions and tofu or tempura.

🍜 Fried udon with vegetables and soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • 300g AYUKO Udon
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it.
  3. Add the cooked udon and season with soy sauce.
