🥣 Miso soup with shiitake and tofu
Preparation:
- Soak and cook shiitake as described above.
- Bring 500 ml water to the boil, stir in 1 tbsp miso paste.
- Add shiitake, diced tofu and green onions.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
🥦 Wok vegetables with shiitake and soy sauce
Preparation:
- Prepare shiitake as described above.
- Fry vegetables (e.g. broccoli, peppers, carrots) in a little oil.
- Add shiitake and season with 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
