🥄 Homemade dashi broth

Preparation:

  1. Add 1 g of BIOASIA Konbu to 1 liter of water.
  2. Bring slowly to the boil, but do not let it boil bubbling.
  3. Remove konbu after 5 minutes.
  4. Optional: add dried bonito or shiitake for more depth.
