CWZ Hot Pot Soup Base Spicy 220G is a fiery, spicy Sichuan soup base from China, inspired by traditional hot pot cuisine. The blend of soybean oil, chili, pixian douban (chili paste made from chili and broad beans) and aromatic Sichuan pepper produces a characteristic numbing heat and a deep, spicy aroma. Perfect for hot pots with meat, fish, vegetables or tofu or as a spicy base for stir-fries and noodle dishes.
