🍌 Caramelized Banana Cake
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Mash 3 ripe bananas.
- Mix 100 g soft butter with 150 g FUXING cane sugar until creamy.
- Stir in 2 eggs, bananas and 200 g flour (with 1 teaspoon baking powder).
- Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
🍹 Mojito with cane sugar
Preparation:
- Mash 8-10 fresh mint leaves with 2 teaspoons of FUXING cane sugar and juice of ½ lime in a glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice, add 50 ml white rum and top up with soda water.
- Stir and garnish with mint and lime wedge.
