KOREAN STREET Bibim Cold Noodles – Busan Spicy offer an authentic, spicy Korean noodle variation that is particularly popular in Busan, South Korea. These cold noodles consist of a combination of wheat flour and buckwheat noodles, which are refined with an intense, spicy seasoning paste made from chili, sesame oil, onions and lemon juice concentrate. An additional topping of roasted seaweed and sesame rounds off the taste perfectly. With a protein content of 9.4 g per 100 g, they are also a protein-rich meal.
