Preparation:
- Fry the cooked rice from the day before in a pan with a little oil.
- Add chopped vegetables (e.g. carrots, peppers, peas) and fry.
- Stir in 2-3 tbsp LKK Double Deluxe Soy Sauce and season to taste.
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve.
🍢 Tofu marinade with Double Deluxe soy sauce
Preparation:
- Cut 200 g of tofu into cubes and pat dry slightly.
- Mix a marinade with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and 1 clove of garlic (chopped).
- Marinate tofu for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry in a pan until the tofu is golden brown.
