🍗 Chicken adobo with coconut vinegar
Preparation:
- Mix 1 kg of chicken pieces with 100 ml of MARCA PINA coconut vinegar, 100 ml of soy sauce, 4 cloves of garlic (crushed), 2 bay leaves and 1 teaspoon of peppercorns in a pot.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Optionally serve with hard-boiled eggs and boiled rice.
🐟 Sinigang with fish
Preparation:
- Bring 1 liter of water with tamarind paste to the boil, add fish (e.g. salmon or mackerel).
- Add vegetables such as tomatoes, radishes, okra and water spinach.
- Season with 2-3 tablespoons of MARCA PINA coconut vinegar.
- Serve with rice.
🥗 Mango coconut dressing
Preparation:
- Puree 1 ripe mango.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons MARCA PINA coconut vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon mustard and 3 tablespoons oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour over fresh lettuce.
