🥬 Classic Chinese cabbage kimchi
Preparation:
- Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into pieces and season with salt.
- After 1-2 hours, pour off excess liquid.
- Mix 150-200 g Momoya Kimchi Base with 1 kg Chinese cabbage.
- Allow to ferment in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, then store in the refrigerator.
🥘 Kimchi stir fry
Preparation:
- Fry vegetables, tofu or meat in a pan.
- Add 1-2 tbsp kimchi base and mix well.
- Continue frying briefly and serve hot.
