Ingredients:
- 1 package OREO Red Velvet, crumbled
- 50g melted butter
- 250 g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
- Mix the crumbled Oreo cookies with the melted butter and press into a cake pan.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Beat the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Pour the mixture onto the Oreo base and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
