Preparation:
- Mix 2 tbsp PCD peanut butter with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp rice vinegar and a little water until smooth.
- Season with ginger or chili.
- Pour over an Asian salad with carrots, cabbage, coriander and sesame.
🍪 Peanut butter cookies
Preparation:
- Mix 100 g PCD peanut butter, 50 g sugar, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- Form small balls, place on a baking tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 180°C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
