SAJO Japchae Glass Noodles 500G are original Korean glass noodles made from high-quality sweet potato starch. They are the traditional basis for the popular Korean national dish Japchae and impress with their transparent appearance, elastic texture and their excellent ability to absorb flavors from sauces and spices. Thanks to their neutral, slightly nutty taste, they go perfectly with vegetables, meat, seafood or tofu.
