🍗 Filipino chicken adobo
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken legs
- 100 ml Silver Swan soy sauce
- 50 ml Silver Swan sugar cane vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp pepper
- 200 ml water
Preparation:
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and bay leaf (at least 30 minutes).
- Fry the meat in a pan with a little oil.
- Add onions and sauté briefly.
- Add remaining marinade and water and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
🍤 Homemade Citrus Ponzu Sauce
Ingredients:
- 100 ml Silver Swan soy sauce
- 50 ml Silver Swan sugar cane vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 spring onion, chopped
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
