Ingredients: 1 pack of TAOKAENOI Crispy Seaweed Tom Yum, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, sesame seeds for sprinkling.
Preparation:
- Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
- Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix the vegetables with the sauce and sprinkle with crumbled seaweed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
🍽️ Tom Yum seaweed soup
Ingredients: 500 ml chicken or vegetable broth, 1 tsp Tom Yum paste, 5 shrimps, 1 lime, 1 pack TAOKAENOI Crispy Seaweed Tom Yum.
